🌙 WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?

Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that brings your body into a natural state of healing and balance.


Think of it as a state between wakefulness and sleep, where you lie down and, through gentle guidance, reconnect with yourself. In a mean time:

✔ Your mind quiets

✔ Your whole being feels refreshed


👉 Just 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as 2–4 hours of deep sleep—both for your body and mind. This way helping your tiredness to fade away.

📖 COURSE PROGRAM

There will be 4 classes held once a week, each lasting 90 minutes.


Every class includes:

👉 Gentle & Yin Yoga – slow, mindful movement to release tension and stiffness, allowing energy to flow freely.

🌙 Yoga Nidra – a guided relaxation that takes you into a deep state of rest.

💬 Sharing Circle – a cozy space to reflect, connect, and gain valuable insights.

✔ Full course: 1200 NOK

✔ Drop-in: 350 NOK per class
